Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 Cup chocolate cake crumbs


  • 1 Cup finely chopped dry fruits assorted of your choice


  • 1 Tablespoons butter


  • 1/2 Cup rum


  • 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream


  • 20 gms dark chocolate chopped


  • 10 gms White chocolate chopped

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl mix chocolate cake crumbs,butter,dry fruits,rum,heavy whipping cream and mix it into small balls.
  • On a double boiler method melt the dark chocolate and stir it continuously until melted.
  • Melt some white chocolate in the same process.
  • Dip the chocolate rum balls on the melted dark chocolate and cover it completely.
  • Then refrigerator it 5 mins.
  • Then decorate the chocolate rum balls with the melted white chocolate from top according to your choice.
